Every programme is for guests aged 18+. That includes the slots lounge and the photo set, and it is written into the booking rather than assumed.
Who we are
Production people, not party hire
We came out of event production rather than entertainment supply, and it shows in how we work: floor plans before furniture, run sheets before props, a producer who stays on site instead of dropping equipment and leaving.
The theme is deliberately specific. A casino-styled evening gives a room of adults who barely know each other something structured to do, and it does that better than almost any other format we have worked with. So we build those evenings, with full-size tables, a crew of professional croupiers and hosts, a retro slots lounge of restored cabinet props, and the branding and lighting to hold it together.
What we do not do is equally specific. There is no betting, no stake, no payout and no online service. Guests play with symbolic chips issued free at the door. The prize at the end is whatever our client chooses to award, and it is never cash.

How we work
Five principles we do not negotiate

Symbolic chips, no exceptions
Chips are free, identical and valueless. They cannot be purchased, topped up, transferred for value or redeemed, at any event, for any client.

No cash prizes
We do not provide them and we ask clients not to use cash as the reward at an event we host. A trophy or an experience does the same job.

Written before verbal
Floor plans, run sheets and crew lists exist on paper before the night, and your venue gets the same documents you do.

Nobody is pulled in
Hosts are briefed never to pressure a guest to play. Participation is visibly optional at every table and every cabinet.

Quotes, not rate cards
Pricing depends on event size, venue and chosen format. We prepare a quote based on your bespoke event concept and show the lines it is built from.
Props are maintained in-house between events
The crew
Who turns up at your venue
- A producer. Owns your file from first call to final sign-off and stays on site for the programme.
- Croupiers. Hired for temperament, trained on our tables, briefed to teach rather than to deal fast.
- A host or compere. Runs the leaderboard, the rotations and the presentation on larger floors.
- A lounge attendant. Issues symbolic credits and keeps the cabinet row moving.
- Build crew. Bump-in, levelling, dressing, strike and room reinstatement.
Everyone on site is an adult professional in formal or venue dress. On VIP bookings crew sign confidentiality undertakings as standard.

Our workshop and stores are in Victoria at 84 Penrose Promenade, Tarneit VIC 3029, Australia. Melbourne metropolitan work is same-day build and strike; regional Victoria and interstate are quoted with travel shown as its own line.
