- Optional retro slots lounge for arrival hour
- Table dressing, chip racks and rules cards
Who it suits
Most corporate evenings have the same failure point: dinner ends, the speeches finish, and the room splits into the same groups that sit together every day.
A casino-themed floor fixes that mechanically rather than hopefully. Tables seat six to eight people who do not normally talk, a croupier gives them a shared task, and the leaderboard gives them a reason to keep swapping tables. Nobody has to dance and nobody has to make small talk from a standing start.
This is strictly offline event entertainment. There is no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, and no online casino service.

How it runs
Hour 0
Guests are welcomed as adults 18+ and handed an identical chip stack. The slots lounge absorbs the arrival crowd while the room fills.
Hour 1
Croupiers teach the basics seat by seat. Rules cards sit on the felt so nobody needs to ask twice.
Hours 2–3
The host moves people between tables, calls the standings and keeps the pace up through the dessert and coffee window.
Final 30 minutes
Chips become points, the host runs the presentation and your chosen non-cash prize is awarded by one of your own leaders.
Anonymised client work
A Melbourne tech company with 220 staff and a bare industrial space. The objective was mixing three teams that had been hybrid all year, inside a four-hour window with a hard 11pm curfew.
We zoned the room: eight tables on the main floor, a retro slots lounge along the brick wall for the arrival hour, and a photo set near the bar. The leaderboard ran on mixed-department pairs, so people could only score by partnering outside their own team.
An international consulting firm hosting 48 clients over a long dinner. The brief asked for something quieter than a party: conversation first, entertainment second.
Two tables only, run as a poker-themed dinner between courses, with a single host and no amplified sound. Chips were branded to the firm's palette and taken home as keepsakes.
Procurement questions
We provide themed entertainment with symbolic chips that have no monetary value, so there is no wagering and nothing is paid out. We are happy to put that in writing for your venue or legal team, and the same wording appears in our Terms and Conditions and responsible entertainment notice. If your own policies require a formal confirmation letter, ask your producer and we will issue one.
Yes, and many clients do — a trophy, an experience, a team lunch, an extra day of leave. The prize is yours to choose and award. We do not provide cash prizes of any kind, and we ask that cash is not used as the reward at an event we are hosting.
Level floor access for trolleys, a loading entrance or lift, roughly three hours of bump-in before doors, and standard power for the lighting and cabinet props. Send your venue's technical sheet with the enquiry and we will confirm fit before quoting.
Three to five months for Friday and Saturday dates in November and December. Midweek dates in that window and most dates outside it are usually available with four to six weeks' notice.
Yes, across Victoria and interstate throughout Australia. Travel, freight and crew accommodation appear as separate transparent lines on the quote. See the Melbourne and Victoria page for regional detail.
Enquiry
Send the four basics and note your venue and guest numbers. A producer replies with available dates, a draft floor plan and a tailored quote.
