Service
Your croupier does not rotate away mid-evening. They learn the guest names at the briefing, run the table at conversation pace, and step back when the room wants to talk rather than play.
Materials
Chip faces, card backs, felt inlays, table numbers and the leaderboard board itself produced to your artwork or designed by us to your brand palette.
Discretion
Crew sign confidentiality undertakings as standard on VIP bookings. We do not photograph your event, name you as a client, or reference the evening in any material unless you have given written permission.
Setting
One or two tables, a retro slots cabinet as a conversation piece, controlled lighting and a seating plan that works for a dinner rather than a party.

Process
Week one
A call and, where useful, a meeting. We take the guest profile, the tone, the dietary and seating constraints and the things that must not happen.
Week two
You receive a written concept with a floor plan, a service model, material mock-ups and a tailored quote. Pricing depends on event size, venue and chosen format.
Weeks three to five
Chips, card backs, signage and menu collateral go into production once artwork is signed off.
Day before
Crew walk the room, confirm the lighting state and are briefed on names, seating and sensitivities.
On the night
A producer stays on site for the whole programme. Chips are counted into points at the close and the host presents your chosen non-cash award.

Send the four basics. For VIP briefs a producer will call to take the detail properly before anything is quoted.
