Two ways to hire
Option A
Furniture and props only. We deliver, build, level and dress the tables, then return to collect. Your own team runs the floor.
Option B
Everything in dry hire, plus professional croupiers, a lounge attendant and optionally a host to run the leaderboard.
This is strictly offline event entertainment. There is no real-money gambling, no betting, no cash prizes, and no online casino service. Hired equipment is supplied for themed entertainment with symbolic chips and credits. It must not be used for wagering of any kind, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
Logistics
Send your venue's technical sheet with the enquiry and we will confirm fit before quoting. Nothing here is unusual, but all of it matters on the day.
Build and strike are included, not optional extras
Geography
Based in Victoria, working across Australia. Travel, freight and crew accommodation appear as separate transparent lines on every quote.
Same-day build and strike as standard. Most bookings are confirmed with two to four weeks' notice outside the November and December peak. See the Melbourne page.
Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, the Peninsula and the Surf Coast are regular runs. Longer drives may need an overnight crew, quoted up front.
Freight and crew travel arranged per job for events elsewhere in Australia. Lead times are longer, so enquire early with your date.
Commercials
We do not publish a rate card. Pricing depends on event size, venue and chosen format, and a hire quote is built from four variables.
Request a tailored quote and you will receive a written breakdown against those four lines, not a single lump figure.
Yes. Cabinets can be delivered as a standalone row with an attendant, with no tables at all. They remain non-payout props on symbolic credits — full detail on the retro slots page.
Regularly. Crew can appear in neutral or client-branded dress, we work under your stage manager, and documents can be issued in your name where the client relationship requires it.
Fair wear is expected and never charged. Damage beyond that is assessed at replacement cost and handled under the hire section of our Terms and Conditions, which your producer will walk you through before you confirm.
You can, provided they carry no denominations and are issued free to guests. Our hire conditions require that nothing on the floor can be purchased, redeemed or exchanged for money.
